Arab Yoga Foundation

The Arab Yoga Foundation (AYF) was established a decade ago by Saudi yogi, Nouf Marwaai, Saudi Arabia’s first Yogacharya (teacher of yoga). The foundation claims that it is the first official yoga organisation in the Gulf region and has affiliation with various globally recognised yoga institutes worldwide. The AYF offers a range of classes and yoga training courses.

Hoakalei Yoga, Jeddah

Hoakalei Yoga is the brainchild of Hanan Alshehri, a Saudi influencer and yoga expert. The studio is run from her beautiful house, with classes often taking place in her garden. Hookalei offers a variety of classes and also frequently arranges yoga retreats.
