Saudi residents can now get a multi-entry, two-month Hayya Visa to Qatar

The new visa is classified under Visa Category A2

If you’re a Saudi Arabian resident, you’ll be happy to know that you can now get a multi-entry visa to Qatar for up to 60 days from the date of entry. This is what you need to know about the new Saudi resident Qatar visa update.

The main shift from single-entry to multiple-entry visas greatly improves mobility within the GCC and ensures seamless travel conditions for residents that need to enter and exit Qatar multiple times without reapplying and plan short-term trips.

More visa news

The news comes after it was announced that the GCC Grand Tours visa will also enter its pilot phase this month. The pilot phase will be rolled out in just the UAE and Bahrain to start, and if all goes well, it will then be expanded across all six countries, including the UAESaudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain.

The new visa will give visitors access to all six GCC states, including Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, the UAE, and, of course, Saudi Arabia, with a single visa, making travel within the region even easier and helping boost tourism within the areas too. The GCC Unified Tourist Visa, better known as the “GCC Grand Tours” Visa, is expected to be an easy and efficient way for tourists to visit multiple Gulf countries using a single visa.
