Pinsanity expands in KSA, bringing authentic Roman pinsa to Riyadh
Italian pinsa brand is here to introduce Roman-style pizzas…
Are you a pizza lover? Then, chances are you’re not just familiar with the different pizza variations, but you probably have strong opinions about most of them.
It’s time to add a new pizza type to your repertoire: pinsa. Pinsa was created before the invention of pizza in ancient Rome, using a mix of cereals.
Now, you can have a taste of pinsa right here in Riyadh, thanks to Italian pinsa brand, Pinsanity.
This Dubai chain has opened in Laban, Riyadh, with two more branches opening in the financial district of Olaya and the central neighbourhood of Qurtubah in the coming months.
Set up as cloud kitchens in partnership with Kitopi KSA, the outlets will focus on delivery to the local areas, making them accessible for more residents and new customers.

Unlike its more popular counterparts, the dough is stretched out into an oval shape, and the pinsa crust is lighter and airier.

Using a mix of flour and a high water content, pinsa is low in calories. It is then baked in wood-fired ovens for that authentic Italian taste and light crunch while remaining soft on the inside – leaving you fully satisfied with a fraction of the guilt.
At Pinsanity, each pinsa is decorated with premium Italian ingredients. So, if you’re in the mood for a pinsanely good authentic Roman pinsa, Pinsanity is available to order through Hunger Station food app.
Alessandro D’ubaldo, founder at Pinsanity, comments, “We are extremely excited to launch the first international Pinsanity outlets in Riyadh. Opening in Saudi Arabia was only a matter of time, and we wanted to ensure we had the perfect locations for our branches.”
