Why you need to check out Park Hyatt Jeddah's French Food Festival

Here’s your chance to experience the best of French cuisine right here in Jeddah…

Jeddah’s food scene is as multicultural as its population, making it possible to whisk your taste buds off on a round-the-world trip without your feet leaving the city. And this week is even better thanks to Park Hyatt Jeddah’s French Food Festival – the next best thing to actually being in France.

Two Michelin affiliated chefs, Chef Eric Coisel and Chef Bruno Dinel, have flown in from France to bring the the country’s most exciting dishes and authentic flavours to the luxurious hotel.

Delicious French seafood with a waterfront view

Al Nafoura, Park Hyatt’s award-winning restaurant is hosting the star chefs from 7pm to 11pm until November 2 and you don’t want to miss out on this chance to explore the finest French culinary experience.

And because it is Jeddah, it makes perfect sense that the restaurant’s menu for the theme is focusing on France’s seafood delicacies. Think lobster tail poached with peach and saffron bisque and pan-fried fresh hammour. Note that booking is required and is subject to availability.

French cooking workshops, too

Dardasha restaurant, Park Hyatt’s ladies-only eatery, is also celebrating French cuisine by offering guests a step-by-step guide to authentic cooking techniques.

You will need to sign up for the classes in advance as only a maximum of ten participants can be accommodated per class right now and the last day for the workshops is also  November 2. Click here for more info, or give them a call on +966 12 263 966.

Guests are served a welcome drink, are provided a recipe for an authentic French dish, and, at the end of the class, will be able to enjoy the dish they prepared with the guidance of Chef Coisel.
