SO/ Hotel is set to open in Jeddah in 2023

File this one under sleek new city stays… Saudi Arabia’s first SO/ hotel and residences will open later this year in Jeddah.
Ideally located between Jeddah’s business district, the Corniche, and Tahlia Street, the new hotel is well suited all kinds of guests – from business to leisure.
The newly-built property will be divided into 40 hotel rooms, 77 one-bedroom apartments, 19 two-bedroom apartments, and 11 three-bedroom apartments. There will be a choice of five restaurants including a boutique coffee shop, Italian/Mediterranean, Levantine, Asian, surf and turf, and breathtaking rooftop terrace with shisha.
Breaking away from the city’s traditional luxury hospitality landscape, the SO\ Jeddah Tahlia will be the only lifestyle hotel and serviced apartments in Jeddah, boosted by a unique fashion-led statement design.
Part of the Accor Hotels group, SO/ Hotels excel in the style stakes, with each high-fashion hotel a celebration of a different designer.
The Jeddah outpost will see Kristina Zanic take the spotlight, while SO/Bangkok is a celebration of Christian Lacroix, Kenzo Takada takes centre stage at SO/ Mauritius, and the designs of Karl Lagerfeld are found within SO/Singapore.

While no opening date has been confirmed yet for the SO\ Jeddah Tahlia, we are told it will be sometime in 2023.
Also slated to open in 2023: The Jeddah Edition, located along the Jeddah corniche, is set to open in the summer. The highly-anticipated luxury hotel will have a rooftop lounge overlooking the Red Sea, indoor and outdoor pools, restaurant, spa, and fitness centre.
