The second edition of the Jeddah chocolate and coffee expo is taking place this weekend with tons of fun activities for the whole family including a latte art championship, make-your-own coffee, contests and prizes, a kids’ corner, a coffee culture area, a challenge square, and more. The expo is taking place Wednesday to Sunday at the Hilton Hotel, from 4pm.

Don’t even have a pla this weekend? Jeddah’s very own Central Perk announced on Instagram that it will be closing down after its finale musical night on Thursday. Sing-along to Taylor Swift from 9pm to 12am, for SAR50 entry.

See Shrek the Musical live
All the way from the Kingdom of Far Far Away, the Broadway hit, Shrek The Musical is taking place at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology between Wednesday, March 8 and 11, 2023, with a total of five shows. Shrek fanatics, prepare for non-stop laughing as Shrek, his noble steed Donkey, Princess Fiona, and the rest of the well-loved characters (‘do you know the muffin man?’) embark on a magical and musical adventure. Take a day trip to the ‘Maldives of Jeddah’
Bayada Island, around a 40-minute boat ride from the city, is known for its turquoise coral-filled waters, picture-perfect white sand, and gives the Maldives a run for its money. The five hour day trip from Jeddah to Bayada Island includes snacks, drinks, and is supervised by a snorkel coach and all the gear. As well as snorkeling, there are so many different activities on offer including water volleyball, fishing, and of course swimming in the crystal clear water.
