Held under the theme of “The Land of Heroes,” Gamers8 2023 is set to be one for the ages. The massive event will have a combined prize pool of a whopping USD45 million. Yes, you did read that right… And it’s the largest in Esports history, marking yet another milestone moment for Saudi.
Did we say more than double? We meant triple!
45 MILLION DOLLARS
The largest in esports history.

The huge fest will be held from July to September giving the capital eight weeks of immense gaming fun.
It’s not all controllers and screens though, as you and the gang can also enjoy performances by global music artists. Last year’s Gamers8 concerts saw the likes of Russ, Alan Walker, Disco Misr, Black Eyed Peas and DJ Snake take the stage. We can only imagine what’s in store this time around.
The event is set to be triple the size of last year’s version, so it’s only normal for us to expect triple the excitement no?
If we get down to the nitty-gritty of the games, we’ll be seeing 12 elite teams taking part in the CS:GO tournament for USD1 million in August, the comeback of the Riyadh Masters for a prize pool of USD15 million and 20 teams taking part in the Dota 2 championship for another USD15 million.
Well, we can’t wait…
