Shop pre-loved clothes at the third Swap Shop

If you’re after a cool new way to shop for your next fashion statement, you can look forward to the third swap shop by the Saudi Fashion Commission.
The event is set to take place at the A Fashion House in Boulevard Riyadh City. It will be held in collaboration with Sela and Cenomi Retail according to Arab News.
Shopaholics, listen up, the swap shop by the Saudi Fashion Commission will be happening from Saturday April 1 to Wednesday April 5. You can check out the event from 9pm to 1.30am.
You’ll be able to swap your pre-loved clothing and accessories for other used items or new items provided by Cenomi Retail.
The Saudi Fashion Commission also aims to educate fashion consumers to support its mission to create a sustainable Saudi fashion scene.
The #SaudiFashionCommission issued a report (Fashion sector, A Sector of Opportunity), which analyzes the key trends related to the performance of the sector in the kingdom. It also highlights the growth opportunities for the value chain.

The first swap shop happened in 2021 with a focus on exchanging luxury items and vintage pieces. The second one happened in U Walk as part of Fashion Futures.
The event was held in collaboration with NET-A-PORTER and Al-Hokair Fashion Retail Company. Nearly 1,300 visitors participated, and almost 1,000 people swapped 5,500 items which were brought to the Swap Shop.
Burak Cakmak, CEO of the Saudi Fashion Commission said, “As we work towards a sustainable future for the industry, we want to involve consumers in this journey and share with them the importance of circulating pre-loved clothing.”
