After announcing an incredible project in Riyadh, Kuwait’s biggest shopping mall The Avenues, a wonderful new The Avenues Khobar complex is also coming to the Kingdom.
Situated in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, The Avenues in Khobar will extend an area of 175,000 square metres at the northwestern corner of the intersection of King Saud Road with Prince Sultan Road.

The new project will encompass everything from commercial and entertainment areas, to residential apartments, hotels, exhibition halls, ballrooms, offices, and medical facilities.
The new destination will also feature a modern and unique design that will pay homage to the nature of the Eastern Province.
The Kuwaiti developer Mabanee awarded the construction contract to Saudi group AlKifah Contracting Company and Kuwait-based Al Ahmadiah Contracting for Phase One according to Construction Week. The project aims to reach completion within the next three years and aims to open up by 2025.
