An opera house, a stadium, and more are coming to Jeddah

Jeddah is all set to welcome a major development after four construction contracts valued at SR12 billion ($3.2 billion) were signed. Here’s everything you need to know about the new Jeddah Central development.
The three major architectural landmarks, including the Stadium, the Opera House, and The Oceanarium, in addition to the infrastructure work for the first phase of the Jeddah Central destination location are all expected to open by late 2027.

The Oceanarium will be developed by Modern Building Leaders Company. It will serve as a window to the wonders of the Red Sea and provide an unparalleled experience to visitors while advocating for marine biodiversity protection.
Other than the major landmarks, there will be several other fun places, including a sandy beach, a pier, a seafront promenade, and a marina.
