Check these out…

Crustacean
Founded by Chef Helene An, the brand is actually one of the richest ones we’ve seen in a while. After escaping war and moving to America, Chef Helene’s, mother-in-law Diane An, bought a 24-seat deli on a whim, which would later become their family business and safe haven.
Crustacean Jeddah, Yacht Club, Al Kurnaysh Br Rd, Mon to Sat 6pm to midnight, Closed Sun. @crustacean_sa

Whipping up classic Japanese dishes with a twist, the newly opened Ricci San is the spot to come if you’re looking for all manner of sashimi, ceviche, sushi rolls, and noodle dishes. The decor, lighting and cosy corners here are all creating a romantic vibe – perfect for a date, in our opinion – and the food is pretty good to boot, too.

The signature restaurant at the brand-new Jeddah Edition is also one to beat. The venue presents a sharing menu of French-Asian fusion flavours, masterminded by star chef Cédric Vongerichten for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Must-try menu highlights include shrimp dumplings accompanied by lemongrass beurre blanc and caviar, complemented by innovative non-alcoholic beverages such as the Saffron Spritz, featuring ginger honey and fresh saffron. Guests can dine in the main dining area, fronted by a show kitchen, the duo of private dining rooms, or on the pretty terrace, which overlooks the Red Sea.
