Mark your calendars, folks. The much-anticipated Jeddah Season is making its grand return this weekend under the slogan “Once Again”.
The city is already buzzing with excitement as preparations are underway to transform iconic locations into entertainment and cultural celebration hubs.
Here’s what we know so far about Jeddah Season 2024.
According to the official Instagram account of Jeddah Season, the opening ceremony will be held on Thursday June 27 at 9.30pm at the Art Promenade area of the Jeddah Waterfront.
Planning to head down? You can look forward to fireworks, drone shows, and talented roaming acts and performers.
This year’s festival, which will run until September, will showcase a variety of entertainment, tourism, and cultural activities. Events will be held in several designated areas, including the City Walk, which offers a diverse mix of interactive experiences, motor and skill games, Arabic plays, concerts, restaurants, cafes, and retail stores.
But what’s really exciting is that the season will bring visitors on an ultimate adventure at the new Warner Bros. Discovery: Celebrate Every Story – hence the cartoon characters that have been popping up on its Instagram…
Held for the first time in the Kingdom, this family-friendly attraction will feature a host of interactive games and entertainment shows catering to fans of all ages. Visitors can look forward to entertaining experiences that celebrate renowned stories and characters under one roof, with a localised adaptation that will come with a Saudi Arabian twist. So, get ready to be whisked away on a trip down memory lane.

That’s not all. Jeddah Season 2024 will also host numerous events at Imagine Monet and Prince Majid Park, as well as international concerts.
The full event calendar, which has yet to be unveiled, includes activities such as live artistic and cultural performances, entertainment, sports, and tourism.
