The Riyadh Marathon 2025 date has just been announced

Get ready to hit the ground running because the return of the Riyadh Marathon has just been announced for 2025. Hosted by the Saudi Sports for All Federation (SFA), the Riyadh Marathon 2025 will take place on Saturday February 8.
The premier event, supported by the Ministry of Sport, Quality of Life Program, and the Saudi Arabian Athletic Federation, will be taking over the capital early next year.

Runners of all backgrounds are welcome to take part in the marathon or the race courses running alongside the main event. Although the exact perimeters of the 2025 race haven’t been announced, last year the 42-kilometre event for people over the age of 20, other distances included a 21-kilometre half-marathon for those over the age of 18, and a 10-kilometre for those aged 17 and above. There will also be a four-kilometre fun run for beginners too.
Last year, there was also an exciting there will also be an exciting “Marathon Village,” where families enjoyed various fun activities, and an area dedicated to restaurants. There were also refreshment areas every 2.5 kilometres across all races, in addition to the finish line, for runners who needed a pick-me-up through the marathon. Registrations surpassed 20,000 people, so we can only imagine what the numbers will look like this time around.
