Celebrity-approved Beverly Hills hotspot il Pastaio to open in Riyadh soon
The spot is opening in Sulimaniyah…
As lovers of Italian cuisine, we can honestly say there are never enough Italian restaurants in Riyadh (okay, maybe we’re a little biased). So, imagine our delight when we stumbled upon the il Pastaio Riyadh hoardings snap bang in the middle of the city.
Set to open on Prince Abdulaziz Ibn Musaid Ibn Jalawi Street in Riyadh, the restaurant has previously attracted the likes of Justin and Hailey Bieber, musical powerhouses Katharine McPhee and David Foster, and Chrissy Teigen and John Legend.

Translating to “the pasta maker,” il Pastaio was founded by the Sicilian family, the Dragos, in the early 1990s. The brand builds on the success of the flagship restaurant in Beverly Hills, where it has become an institution of authentic Italian cuisine (you can practically see us waiting outside the venue already).
The brand already has an outpost in Dubai, where the brand proudly calls itself one of the best Italian restaurants in Dubai, so we can only imagine the treat we’re in for here in Riyadh.
Bringing the essence of Sicilian heritage and a commitment to upholding the same traditions that are the secret to the spot’s popularity. Here, every ingredient is carefully sourced, every recipe is a tribute to the timeless art of Italian cooking, and every dish expresses true Italian passion and excellence.
