The PFL Championship returns to Riyadh later this month

It’s fight season out here in Riyadh, and there are so many bouts to have on your calendar. And this one is coming up very soon. Here’s everything we know about the PFL Championship in 2024.
Happening on Friday November 29, mark your calendars for the final round of the 2024 PFL MENA Championship at the King Saud University in Riyadh.

The event will crown champions in four weight classes including Heavyweight, Light Heavyweight, Welterweight, Lightweight, Featherweight, and Women’s Flyweight divisions.
The championship will also mark the return to the cage of the Saudi mixed martial arts champion Hattan Al-Saif, along with five showcase bouts featuring top international fighters.
PFL Mena is currently in its inaugural season. The championships being in the region represent a pioneering step to empower athletes in the region to compete and develop their talents through the league’s international season fights.
All Championship bouts for both the Global Season and PFL MENA will be five, five-minute rounds, and for the first time in the history of the PFL Championships, the rule set will now allow elbows.
Hosting the championships aligns with the country’s Vision 2030 goals of establishing the Kingdom as a global hub for sports and entertainment. The goal is also to inspire Saudi locals to lead healthy lifestyles and motivate youth through sports
