When it comes to culinary journeys and dining experiences, no one does it better than the Culinary Arts Commission. And right now, you can book an experience to enjoy all the best Saudi winter dishes. This is the Shetana Festival in Riyadh.

Happening until Tuesday January 7, the Shetana Festival in Riyadh showcases the very best of Saudi dishes inspired by the season and the gorgeous Saudi desert.

Putting a spotlight on the globally renowned Saudi hospitality and incomparably authentic flavours with enchanting atmospheres and local live music, creating a one-of-a-kind experience.

Performances include a solo oud performance, band performance, and a solo violin performance happening on rotation throughout the evening.

Begin your journey by walking through Hospitality Tent where you’ll be welcomed with Saudi coffee and tea, where the guide will take you on tour through the seating area and experience before leading you to your relaxing table.

When you get to your table, that’s when the real fun begins. Take a seat and you’ll then see local chefs hard at work. Watch on as they prepare their specialities by using traditional techniques and fresh, local ingredients.

The lineup of talented chefs include Chef Tawfiq Qadri, Chef Nabil Al-Habl, Chef Faisal Al-Rabea, Chef Hala Abu Anqall, alongside Saudi Coffee Specialist Bandar Al-Dosari, all working under the talented leadership of head chef Hanadi AlSulahim.

Other areas throughout the venue include a bonfire one where you can kickback with friends or family, and a shopping area filled with local brands and outlet pop-ups to check out too.

Tickets are on sale now for SAR300, and you can book yours here. Spots are open for two-hours at a time.
