In only two months, Riyadh Season 2024 has attracted 10 million visitors, marking a significant milestone in the event’s global success – all thanks to its incredible line-up of events.
The fifth edition of the season, which spans 7.2 million square metres, features 14 entertainment zones, 11 world championships, and ten festivals and exhibitions. These include boxing matches, wrestling, tennis, concerts, restaurants, gardens, and unique entertainment experiences in new areas.
Planning to explore the Riyadh Season 2024 zones this weekend? If so, you may need to plan your visit accordingly, as several zones will be temporarily closed.
Closures of Riyadh Season zones
Boulevard World, The Groves, and Wonder Garden will be closed for maintenance starting Thursday December 12 and will remain closed until Saturday December 14.

The closures are in place as Riyadh prepares to host the MDLBeast SoundStorm 2024 music festival, the biggest party of the year, this weekend. More than 700,000 festival-goers are expected to attend the event in Banban, which runs from December 12 to 14.
The three Riyadh Season zones will, however, reopen on Sunday December 15.
