Hollywood’s favourite workout has just landed in Riyadh. Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout method designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone the body. It’s performed on a patented machine called the Megaformer, which allows for slow, controlled movements that target multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Unlike traditional Pilates, Lagree combines strength, endurance, cardio, core, and balance training into one session, making it an effective full-body workout. To get your Lagree fix, you’ll want to head to Relive Studio, the first certified MegaPro Lagree studio in Saudi Arabia. Tucked away in Al Aqiq, the studio is beautiful, bright and airy. Warning: prepare to be sore, the best kind of sore, as you will be digging deep, using muscles you may have never used before. Plus, if you’re looking for a high intensity hit or a challenge, then there’s a strong chance you’ll love Lagree.
