Welcome to the fourth stage of the Global Champions Arabians Tour (GCAT) in Riyadh. Spectators can expect to see close to 250 of the region’s finest Arabian horses competing for a place in the overall rankings and a share of the record-breaking prize money. As with each and every stage of the GCAT, the Riyadh event is set to feature local and international retailers and a cultural village with a host of family entertainment.

The first edition of Art Week Riyadh is now underway with exhibitions, talks and cultural activations transforming the capital for a citywide celebration of Saudi’s vibrant art scene — and it’s all free. At JAX District, visitors can immerse themselves in curated art exhibitions at the flagship exhibition, At The Edge, step inside the studios of leading and emerging Saudi artists, visit the exhibition, Collections in Dialogue, to discover rare works from important Saudi collections, take part in interactive workshops for all ages, and attend thought-provoking talks about the art world that inform and inspire.

Step inside FoodSphere, an immersive hub in Riyadh that reimagines the future of food, sustainability and biodiversity. Featuring three indoor zones, the experience begins in the Oasis, where visitors can explore the deep-rooted coffee culture and the significance of dates in Saudi Arabia. Over at the Apiary is a striking installation of a live beehive exhibit where you can learn more about honey. The final zone takes you inside the Biosphere, which houses a butterfly pavilion, where you can walk among live, flittering butterflies and see those creatures shimmer. Entry to FoodSphere is free, but you’re required to register your visit here. However, an entry fee is required for the Biosphere zone. It is priced at SAR75 per adult and SAR35 per child between two and 16. Tickets for the Biosphere can be purchased here.
