The St. Regis is set to open in Jeddah in 2030

We can’t wait to check in…

When Saudi Arabia’s first St. Regis property opened in Riyadh two years ago, it was undoubtedly a befitting addition to one of the capital’s most show-stopping areas.

The globally renowned brand with a reputation for impeccable service and design did not stop there, though.

In January 2024, the St. Regis hotel became the first island resort to open at The Red Sea, a major milestone for a destination that is also a pioneer, serving as the first Saudi gigaproject to welcome guests.

And today (Tuesday May 13), it has been unveiled that the iconic brand is headed to Jeddah.

The St. Regis Jeddah

Here’s what you can expect from The St. Regis Jeddah:

The St. Regis Jeddah will be situated within the 52-storey U-View Tower along the city’s waterfront, offering travellers and locals seaside views and attractions, including King Fahd’s Fountain and the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, which hosts the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix Formula 1 races.

When it opens in 2030, you’ll find 191 elegantly appointed guestrooms, suites, and serviced apartments with sea views.

As is customary for the brand, guests can look forward to the St. Regis’ celebrated rituals, bespoke spirit, storied heritage, and signature Butler service to the coastal city.

Elsewhere, The St. Regis Jeddah line-up will feature five distinct dining venues, including a signature restaurant and a pool lounge, where guests can enjoy refreshing sips and bites.

An indoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and spa, along with over 1,000 square metres of meeting and event space, complete the leisure lineup.

The project is also expected to include The Residences at The St. Regis Jeddah, which will have 92 one-to-five-bedroom branded residences and provide luxury amenities, such as a resident lounge, media room, children’s activity area, meeting rooms, library, a fitness centre and a swimming pool. How exciting.

Karim Cheltout, Senior Vice President of Development for the Middle East & Africa at Marriott International, said, “Jeddah continues to be an important business and leisure destination in the region, and a gateway to Makkah and Medina. We look forward to offering locals and travellers to the city the St. Regis’ legendary service, modern glamour, and distinctive luxury experiences.”
