An exciting collaboration between Chotto Matte and Genesis
Chotto Matte is partnering with Genesis Middle East and Africa and Genesis Wallan, the Korean luxury vehicle brand, to commemorate Father’s Day with a vibrant dining experience that merges bold flavours with refined design. For one night only – on Saturday June 21 – guests dining at Chotto Matte Riyadh can enjoy the Father’s Day deluxe menu, featuring a curated selection of the restaurant’s signature Nikkei dishes. The highlight? Dads will receive an exclusive gift from Genesis.
Tuck into Chotto Matte’s brilliant food
The experience begins with Queso & Maíz Fundido, a warm sweet corn and queso fresco dip served with jalapeño, coriander, and crispy corn tostadas. This is followed by yellowtail “Nikkei sashimi” and a sushi selection featuring two pieces of spicy tuna hako roll, dressed otoro, and salmon nigiri.
Main courses feature the moreish grilled octopus and indulgent truffled mushroom rice, a guest favourite that delivers rich, earthy depth in every bite. For the grand finale, savour the melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu sirloin, glazed in a luxurious truffle teriyaki sauce, followed by the Chef’s choice dessert — a sweet surprise to conclude the celebration on a perfect note.
Live entertainment to get you moving and shaking
The night will feature a vibrant entertainment programme from 8pm to midnight, infusing energy and excitement into the celebration. Guests will enjoy a live music performance followed by an upbeat DJ set, while roaming dancers add dynamic movement throughout the venue.
