Developed by Dan Company under the Public Investment Fund in the Al-Ahsa region, the first three luxury resorts under the Tuaja brand are set to open their doors in early 2027.

Offering an escape from the ordinary, (although beautiful) shiny properties, the three resorts include the Tuaja Premium Farm Resorts, Tuaja Eco Resorts, and Tuaja Adventure Resorts. Operated by Hilton Worldwide, the property will house rural lodges developed in partnership with local communities across the Kingdom.
Set to be home to several amenities such as fine dining restaurants, swimming pools, wellness and fitness facilities, holistic experiences that cater to a wide range of guest preferences are also on the bill.
The three resorts will be located in close quarters to one another and will be brought together by lush gardens, exclusive programming and activities for visitors, and a vibrant, interactive plaza providing immersive cultural experiences that celebrate Al-Ahsa’s heritage, plus a state-of-the-art conference and events venue.

With sustainable tourism as its main goal, the property will be operated by Curio Collection by Hilton.
Tuaja Adventure Resorts
While the other two clusters might be the choice for those looking for more wellness-focused experiences, this is where travellers who like a healthy helping of excitement with their trips will feel most at home. Inspired by the dramatic terrain of Al-Qarah Mountain, this cluster will also be operated by Curio Collection by Hilton. Set to be home to several activities, including horseback riding, cycling, stargazing, and enjoying traditional local cuisine by an open fire, the resort will also feature outdoor play zones for families and children.
