It looks like the temperature will drop below zero this week…

Experience the magic of the beloved Disney film like never before as Frozen comes to the King Abdulaziz Centre for World Culture, also known as Ithra, in Dhahran in an enchanting live-to-film concert.

Taking place on Tuesday July 8 and Wednesday July 9 at the Ithra Theatre, the live orchestra performance of Frozen promises to mesmerise and delight.

Disney's Frozen in Concert

What makes this production unforgettable is, of course, the music. For two nights only, the concerts will showcase the soundtrack of Frozen – including the Oscar-winning “Let It Go” and other award-winning compositions by renowned composers Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez – performed live on stage by the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra under the direction of conductor Erik Ochsner.

All this will take place while the film is projected entirely on a large screen.

We’re pretty sure it will be as brilliantly spectacular as we’d imagine it’s going to be.

Frozen is a cultural phenomenon in all its incarnations. But for those who aren’t familiar with this Disney mainstay, it’s a classic tale based on Hans Christian Anderson’s “The Snow Queen”. It tells the story of sisters Elsa and Anna, whose bond is tested by Elsa’s magical powers and the fear they create. As their journey unfolds through a world of icy adventure, they discover that love, courage and family can melt even the coldest of hearts.

So, join Anna, Kristoff, and Olaf as they embark on an adventure to break Elsa’s curse and save the kingdom to the symphonic score of an extraordinary ensemble of musicians.
