The news was announced in a now-deleted press release

Wrestling fans, we know you’re on the edge of your seats. After years and years of hosting stellar WWE events in Saudi Arabia, news has been sweeping across town that we might be welcoming WrestleMania 43 in Saudi Arabia.

WrestleMania 43 was first announced yesterday in a now-deleted Arabic press release dispatched in Saudi Arabia and was later confirmed by Saudi Arabian advisor Turki Al-Sheikh via Snapchat.

Wrestlemania 43 in Saudi Arabia

In the video, the Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA) is heard saying, “For the first time outside of America, WrestleMania in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2027,” according to several sources.

WWE itself hasn’t made any comments just yet, but it’s very likely that for its first edition outside the United States of America, WrestleMania will be in Saudi Arabia.
An official announcement is expected to follow suit very soon. Stay tuned to What’s On Saudi Arabia for the latest.

WWE Royal Rumble in Riyadh

We’re adding another WWE event to the long list of events; get ready to welcome the WWE Royal Rumble in Riyadh. Royal Rumble is an annual WWE Premium Live Event that has been happening since 1988. The show includes both a men’s and women’s match, with the winners eliminating all opponents and securing a championship opportunity at WrestleMania. The event will be taking over Riyadh in January 2026, which marks the very first time it will happen outside North America.

Wrestlers participating in the event are yet to be announced as are dates and tickets, but stay tuned to What’s On Saudi Arabia for the latest.
