Six new Noor Riyadh 2025 locations have just been announced
It’s the largest light festival in the world
Meet Noor Riyadh: an annual citywide festival celebrating light and art. Now, meet me, an art novice who’s obsessed with all the many art things that Riyadh has to offer. So, when I heard that the new Noor Riyadh 2025 locations had been announced, I ran to tell you (or rather write this).
Happening from Thursday November 20, to Saturday December 6, Noor Riyadh 2025 will return bigger and brighter than ever this year, living up to its title of the largest light art festival in the world.

Artworks will be displayed across the city in six locations: Qasr Al-Hokm district, King Abdulaziz Historical Centre, stc Metro Station, King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) Station, Public Investment Fund Tower, and JAX District.
Held under the theme In the Blink of an Eye, the theme explores how light interacts with the city, its people, and time—creating an unforgettable experience.
The theme also reflects the rapid transformation that Riyadh is witnessing across all fields and embodies its renewed identity through a visual connection between its historical centre and its modern infrastructure, including the Riyadh Metro Project, which has contributed to improving the quality of life in the city.
Set to display over 60 artworks, the collection is set to feature a group of prominent Saudi and international artists.
Noor Riyadh endeavours to enhance community interaction and to spread the manifestations of art and beauty in the city by promoting art in public spaces, fostering the local art movement, and encouraging more creativity and innovation.
The event is part of Riyadh Art, one of the four major projects under the mandate of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City that aim to turn the capital into “a gallery without walls.”
