Saudi Arabia's first-ever cruise line to set sail across the Red Sea
Bon Voyage
AROYA Cruises, the very first Arabian cruise line, is set to begin sailing again– this time all around the glorious Red Sea. Get ready to set sail with the AROYA Cruises Red Sea line.
Set to begin its journey starting September 20, the new season will feature a variety of voyages. You could wake up in a different port each morning while enjoying plenty of sunny sea days in between.
The new line is set to have stops along Saba Beach on Jabal Al-Sabaya Island, several Egyptian destinations such as Safaga and Sharm El-Sheikh, and a new route featuring Marsa Alam.
Backed by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), the new cruise will allow Saudi nationals, expatriates, and regional guests to experience and explore the wonders of Saudi Arabia from the sea.
The name combines the words “Arabian” and “Roya” meaning a vision or dream. AROYA Cruises aim to offer the highest standard of service, facilities, and shore excursion programs.
The company aims to showcase Arabian experiences and highlight cultural heritage, natural beauty, and warm hospitality by providing an immersive journey through the Kingdom.
Cruise Saudi aims to welcome 1.3 million cruise passengers annually by 2035 and as an added plus, will provide 50,000 direct and indirect jobs, so strap yourself for some smooth sailing.
Launched in June 2023, Aroya Cruises, a division of Cruise Saudi, a Public Investment Fund portfolio company, has redefined tourism in Saudi Arabia with its flagship vessel, Aroya.
