Peru-favourite KO Asian Kitchen is opening in Riyadh next month
Asian street food done right
Riyadh, home to some of the most incredible restaurants in the country, is constantly welcoming more hot spots to join its growing list of top-tier venues. KO Asian Kitchen Riyadh is the latest one to join in.
The concept is originally from Peru and has since opened fan-favourite venues in Ecuador and Bogotá. The menu reimagines Asian street food with a Peruvian twist, and it is set to open its doors in Riyadh’s Sulimaniyah district on Sunday November 9.

KO Asian Kitchen sets itself apart with its gorgeous interiors. Walk in, and you’ll be surrounded by earthy wooden finishes and hand-woven textures with sleek black accents and industrial lighting.
Since you can’t have street food with a side of fun, the venue is home to cool red neon signs and shelves lined with Asian condiments and design elements that showcase the energy of actual Asian street markets, complete with an animated open kitchen.
Menu highlights include crispy tempura bites, fiery sriracha chicken baos, smoky ramen bowls, sizzling bibimbap, and signature sushi rolls like the dragon and yakiniku avocado. The restaurant does plant-based offerings as well as it does meat ones, possibly better, with creative dishes such as veggie jiaozi dumplings, vegan king poke, and wok-tossed veggie lemongrass rice.
The drink menu at KO Asian Kitchen Riyadh pairs well with the amazing food options, think delicious boba teas that come in flavours like passion berry, farang, and Taiwanese milky tea; refreshing lemonades such as Citrus Gulab and Yuzu Lemonade; and bold coffee creations like Espresso Ginger Yuzu and Coffee Miso Latte.
