A slice of true luxury is headed to Jeddah with the new Mandarin Oriental
The brand is bringing its luxury hotel and branded residences to Jeddah Central
After reigning over the hearts of many here in Riyadh, Mandarin Oriental has a new address in mind, and we’re beyond thrilled for this one. Meet Mandarin Oriental Jeddah.
Set to open its doors by 2030, Mandarin Oriental Jeddah will be bringing a whole new level of luxury hospitality to Jeddah. The hotel and branded residences will be situated in an enviable location right by the waterfront at Jeddah Central.

The new hotel will be home to 140 gorgeous rooms and suites, each offering a better view of the glorious Red Sea than the last. There will also be a further 115 luxe apartments for longer-staying guests, offering a range of guestrooms and private dining facilities.
The masterminds behind the design of the project are KPF, an internationally renowned design firm. Designed as a low-density, low-rise development, with its exclusive marina location, the hotel, once open, is set to become the ultimate destination where luxury, culture, and wellness come to life.

We’ll also be welcoming 187 branded residences, offering two-to-four-bedroom privately owned homes with exclusive access to private amenities, including a lounge, entertainment spaces, a library, a cinema, a games room, a golf simulator, a children’s club, a swimming pool, and a fitness centre, all delivered to you alongside Mandarin Oriental’s legendary service.
The hotel will also be home to five dining venues, which will include speciality restaurants featuring Mandarin Oriental’s renowned gastronomy concepts.
While we know that the moment you enter, you’ll be washed over with a sense of calm, you can also unwind at The Spa at Mandarin Oriental. And while you explore the brand’s signature wellness, beauty, and spa experiences, send the kiddos off to the spacious kids club to enjoy a range of age-specific activities.
Other things coming to Jeddah Central
Besides the stunning new hotel, you can also look forward to the state-of-the-art marina, private residences, retail and dining districts, cultural attractions, and four iconic landmarks, including an opera house, an oceanarium, a sports stadium, and a museum.
