Cebu Pacific, the Philippines’ largest low-cost carrier, is set to expand its Middle East network by introducing direct flights between Riyadh and Manila starting March 1, 2026. The route is set to serve the major growing demand among Filipino expatriates and business travellers.

And according to Gulf News, to celebrate the launch, the airline is introducing a special promotional sale offering one-way base fares on the Cebu Pacific Riyadh–Manila flights for just SAR1 (yes, THAT cheap).
The ultra-cheap fare comes as part of the Cebu Pacific Super 12.12 sale. So whether you’re looking to head home or tick a new destination off your bucket list, consider this your cue to book that ticket.
The sale is only on for a few more days, until Saturday December 13, 2025. The travel period will cover Sunday March 1 to Saturday October 31, 2026, making it perfect for escaping the Riyadh heat or squeezing in an autumn retreat. The SAR1 rate applies to the base fare only, with standard fees and surcharges to be paid on top.
The brand-new route will operate four flights a week on the new route. Services from Riyadh to Manila are scheduled every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, while the return flights from Manila to Riyadh depart every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.
