It’s finally here
After winning their first two games against both Oman and Comoros, our beloved Green Falcons are ready to make their mark and possibly take the FIFA Arab Cup 2025. But before that, we need to cheer them on for the semi-final: it’s all eyes on Saudi Arabia vs Jordan tonight.
Happening today (Monday December 15), the Green Falcons will be taking on Comoros at 8.30pm at Al Bayt Stadium. The tournament is happening until Thursday December 18, the tournament brings together 23 nations. This is the third time that Qatar is hosting the competition, following the 1998 and 2021 editions.

More about the tournament
Previously, Saudi Arabia has won the FIFA Arab Cup in 1998 and 2002. For the 2025 edition, the team is being led by Asian Player of the Year Salem Al-Dawsari. The tournament is being played by Qatar (hosts), Algeria (defending champion), Bahrain, Comoros, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, and the United Arab Emirates.
From 1985 to 2012, the tournament was organised by the Union of Arab Football Associations, the 2021 edition was the first organized by FIFA.
The finale will be hosted on Thursday December 18, where winners will be announced at a post-match ceremony at Lusail Stadium.
