Headed to Bahrain? The King Fahd Causeway crossing fees is set to increase
But discounts are also available
A favourite weekend activity for a lot of locals and residents alike is driving up to Bahrain. You should know, though, that the King Fahd Causeway Authority has just announced that there will now be an increase in toll fees effective this month. This is what you need to know about the King Fahd Causeway crossing fees.
Earlier this week, it was announced that the King Fahd Causeway crossing fees would increase starting from Wednesday February 18, 2026. According to the new tolls, cars and motorcycles will cost SAR35, minibuses SAR55, large buses SAR70, and trucks SAR7 per ton.

The increase will not be applicable to students, persons with disabilities, and frequent travellers. According to available data, the bridge crossing fee is currently SAR25 for small cars, after the authority raised it from SAR20 at the beginning of 2016. This was the first time the fee had been raised since the bridge was opened in 1986, according to Saudi Gazette.
