Dig into delicious eats at the Food Culture Festival in Riyadh

Celebrate different cultures through food…

If you’ve been looking for a cool new food-focused event to check out, this one’s for you. The very first Food Culture Festival in Riyadh is happening next week, so prep your tummies for a foodie adventure.

Coming to the capital on Wednesday November 8 until Sunday November 12, the festival will be celebrating the diverse food culture from all over the world at the Grassy Park in the Diplomatic Quarter.

Held by the Saudi Culinary Commission and Royal Commission for Riyadh City, the four-day foodie event will also be supported by one of Saudi Vision 2030’s core programs, Quality of Life.

The festival aims to enhance awareness of local and international food cultures, open up doors for cultural exchange and communication, and create educational experiences about culinary arts.

There will be multiple festival areas you can stroll through. There’s an exhibitor area where you can explore the best of Saudi and international street food, as well as kiosks to purchase souvenirs to recreate the dishes at home.

There will also be a workshop area where you can check out over 20 workshops and live cooking shows. You can also look forward to a theatre area where you can see various musical performances celebrating culture. Make it a family affair, bring the kiddos and have them enjoy entertainment activities.
