Happening next weekend from Thursday January 16 to Saturday January 18, the Saudi National Orchestra and Choir will be performing at the stunning King Fahad Cultural Centre.

The culture-focused event is hosted by the Music Commission under the supervision of the Ministry of Culture, to showcase the country’s commitment to developing the thriving music scene in Saudi Arabia.

Music Commission CEO Paul Pacifico has previously said that the “Marvels of Saudi Orchestra” initiative aims to elevate national music to new horizons, make it accessible to all, foster intercultural dialogue, and build bridges of understanding between people. The collective has also performed in Mexico, Paris, and New York and has drawn major crowds.

When the Saudi National Orchestra and Choir performed to a full house at Westminster Hall in London, the show was opened with a breathtaking rendition of “Ana Min Hala Ard,” a song that’s very near and dear to the Saudi heart. The show also featured the traditional Saudi song “Addait Fi Al-Marqab” and Adele’s global hit “Rolling in the Deep.”
