Riyadh-favourite, Italian-born Crazy Pizza to open in Khobar today
The energetic Italian venue has landed in Villagio…
First, it was Riyadh that jumped on the crazy train with two locations across the capital, and now Khobar is joining the list. That’s right, the Eastern Province is getting a chic new restaurant, and if you’ve dined in London you’ll likely know the name. Crazy Pizza Khobar is opening soon.
Opening its doors today (Tuesday February 4) in Villagio, the restaurant originally comes from Porto Cervo, Italy, and is known for making pizzas second and a production first. That’s not to say that the food is an afterthought here but to put a spotlight on just how much goes into taking a regular old slice and elevating it to fine dining.

Joining outposts in London’s swanky districts of Marylebone and Knightsbridge, as well as Italy’s fashionable cities of Milan and Rome, the Khobar branch, like its other counterparts, is all about pizza. We’re talking crazy thin, yeast-free crust pizzas, all made from a secret recipe.
If it’s anything like its outposts in London, we’re expecting energetic pizza spinning shows while waiting for our pizzas to arrive on the table, DJ sets, and an ultra-Instagrammable terrace.
