The expired Saudi visit visa initiative provides a 30-day window for extension, contingent upon the payment of prescribed fees and penalties per regulations. Applicants can now submit requests through the new “Tawasul Service” on the Ministry of Interior’s Absher electronic platform during the specified period. The service enables individuals to submit requests to the passport department and allows follow-ups on existing requests.
The General Directorate of Passports has urged all the qualifying candidates to take advantage of this limited-time opportunity and apply for the final exit before the deadline expires.

According to the outlet, the announcement came in response to a public inquiry this week from a resident who asked whether the visa fees could be reclaimed if the exit and re-entry permit was cancelled.
