How Georgina Rodríguez makes her mark in Saudi Arabia – one stylish step at a time
She’s all in on the Saudi life…
Two years ago, one of the biggest names in football, Cristiano Ronaldo, made headlines worldwide as he made the move to Riyadh to play for Saudi Arabia’s Al Nassr Football Club.
Fast forward to today, he’s still “happy here in Saudi Arabia”, having extended his Al Nassr contract until 2027.
But it’s not all about CR7. Georgina Rodríguez, long-term partner of the football icon, has also garnered global interest, with fans closely following her family’s life in Riyadh and her exploration of the country’s landscapes and culture.
The move has created new career prospects, particularly in brand collaborations and the fashion industry, with Georgina becoming an ambassador for several Saudi campaigns.
Here are some fun facts about Georgina’s ambassadorships in Saudi Arabia.
Unveiling her first-ever Saudi fragrance

In March 2023, the fashion icon collaborated with Saudi Arabian perfume brand Laverne to become the face of their new fragrance, Blue Laverne. They collaborated again late last year to launch a new fragrance. Called Sense, it is an ode to true femininity with jasmine and orange blossom notes.
Becoming the face of Amara Lenses
In March 2023, Arab brand Amara Lenses, whose products are available in the Gulf region, announced Georgina as the brand ambassador. Available in various shades of grey, brown, green and blue, the partnership with Georgina marks the brand’s first collaboration with an international star.
Bringing star power to Holsten’s new campaign
Recently, Holsten Arabia, the premium non-alcoholic malt beverage brand, has appointed Georgina as its new brand ambassador. The announcement comes alongside the launch of Holsten’s most ambitious campaign yet – ‘Treat Yourself with a Holsten’, which celebrates the joy of everyday indulgence and positions Holsten as the go-to refreshment for life’s well-deserved moments.
The cool part? The multi-platform campaign was filmed entirely in Saudi Arabia and features a playful storyline. The ad begins with a rumour: Georgina has been seen visiting a neighbourhood baqala every Monday to buy her favourite treat – a bottle of Holsten. As the rumour spreads across Riyadh – through living rooms, office breakrooms, social gatherings, and group chats – the campaign cleverly explores the power of word-of-mouth, anticipation, and celebrity fandom, all culminating in a surprise appearance by Georgina herself.
