Oaks Residences by Minor Hotels to make their debut in Riyadh
The residences are set to open next year
Minor Hotels, a global hospitality group that has only recently made its first foray into the Kingdom with properties like Anantara, now Oaks Residences Riyadh are set to join the list.
Opening its doors in 2026, the property signing happened on the sidelines of the TOURISE Summit in Riyadh. The new property is an immediate conversion project.
Located in the heart of the capital, the Oaks Residences Riyadh will feature 146 upscale residences designed for long-stay comfort. The residences are also set to feature 146 upscale residences.
