Durrat Al Arus

Durrat Al Arus was the first private beach to be established in Jeddah and still welcomes guests today. Located approximately 40km north of Jeddah, Durrah boasts with more than 1,000 beach villas, its own diving school, marina, and even an amusement park. Often described as one of the best beach resorts in Jeddah, Silver Sands is dedicated to expats and non-Saudis. Be aware that abayas and modest dressing is not permitted. People love to come to this private beach resort, hire a day bed, and soak up the sun or tackle a few of the watersports available. One of its key characteristics is the small, distinctive island that’s only a two-minute swim away from shore. Reservations are required in advance and entry costs SAR150 per person.
