Nine Soft Serve is as bold in design as it is in flavour, with a bright fluorescent pink exterior, you genuinely can’t miss it. Plus, while serving up a wide range of deliciously creamy and tempting ice cream cones, what’s not to love? If soft serve isn’t your jam there’s also freshly baked cakes and customisable doughnuts to treat yourself to. The entire menu gets our mouthwatering but the highlights would have to be the lotus cheesecake ice cream softie, or the lion crunch with real Lion Bar pieces.

Nine Soft Serve, Airport Road, Riyadh Front, Riyadh, daily 4pm to midnight. @ninesoftserve

Originally from the UAE, Salt was so popular over there that we had to get a truck for ourselves. We can’t tell you where it’s located, you have to #FindSalt but when you do you’ll discover some of the best burgers in town, great fries and delicious treats to enjoy after.
