CluedUpp is back with another murder mystery in Riyadh
Take to the streets of Riyadh to solve this interactive murder mystery…
The interactive detective game CluedUpp has taken over Riyadh’s streets before. And if you like the idea of true crime and Cluedo colliding while you run around town, then this is the activity for you.
Its next Riyadh event on Saturday, November 27, will bring the classic board game to life throughout the capital city once again.
Murder, mystery, mayhem
The outdoor adventure game will have you tracking ‘The Riyadh Ripper’, a copycat based on Jack the Ripper, an infamous, unidentified serial killer from the late 1800s.
Three men have already been murdered. You and your crew will need to scour the city, solve clues and riddles to eliminate suspects and murder weapons in order to crack the case before the cold-blooded killer strikes again.
All you need to play and solve CluedUpp’s The Riyadh Ripper is some friends and your smartphone.
Purchase a team ticket on the website and download the CluedUpp app, available on iOS and Android devices.
The murder mystery will kick off at a secret location, and once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive instructions on where to go. You can choose to start the game any time between 9am and 2pm.
Criminally good fun
The competitive element? Tracking your time against those of other teams. But hey, how long it takes depends on how good of a detective you are – and that’s only part of the fun.
Dressing up in fancy costumes is encouraged so that you can get yourself into character.
The activity is also dog-friendly, and there are prizes to be won by both human and canine detectives.
