News: What's On Saudi Arabia launches Arabic site

Marhaba, What’s On Saudi Arabia…

September welcomes a new addition to the region’s burgeoning online scene, with the hotly anticipated launch of the Arabic edition of What’s On Saudi Arabia’s website, whatsonsaudiarabia.com/ar.

What’s On Saudi Arabia has already established itself as the most trusted resource in food, travel, news and entertainment in the Kingdom. Originally launched in January 2021 in English, the website is now available in both languages, which will appeal to both expat and local markets.

The addition of Arabic to our English website brings a new level of localisation to an existing website. Furthermore, this launch means that now readers from this region can consume the website’s current content in their native language.

WhatsOnSaudiArabia.com/ar mirrors the English-language site’s content pillars, providing visitors and residents non-stop coverage of food, news, travel and local culture.

Much like the English edition of What’s On Saudi Arabia, the Arabic portal will be offering the latest news and reviews – from new restaurant openings and hidden gems to the best theme parks and upcoming festivals in Saudi Arabia.

In addition, the website content will mainly highlight things happening in Riyadh and Jeddah while also catering to the rest of the Kingdom.

“We are very excited to be launching What’s On Saudi Arabia in Arabic. More people than ever can enjoy and interact with our content, making the most of their experiences in the Kingdom”, says Ian Fairservice, Managing Partner of Motivate Media Group.

What’s On Saudi Arabia already receives thousands of online visitors via its social channels and website.
