Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya’s newest restaurant, Azure, brings Spain to Riyadh.
Helmed by Chef Ramon Cantos, Azure focuses on serving premium seafood prepared using Spanish spices and recipes. The menu is heart-warming and traditionally inspired by Southern Spanish cuisine and Chef Ramon’s home country tradition.
The restaurant at Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya isn’t stuffy or pretentious; instead, it’s warm and inviting. You’ll find a variety of meals, from tapas and salads to seafood and pasta.
His philosophy of having fresh produce and ingredients is very much reflected in the flavour of the food.
Chow down on their delicious large plates of rice specialities such as the signature seafood paella. Other menu highlights include slow-cooked octopus, grilled tomahawk, and a colourful and tantalising fiesta of tapas.
