The contemporary design

The 1,250-square-metre restaurant encapsulates rich cultural influences across the Mediterranean, bringing together entertainment and gastronomy to deliver an incomparable dining experience.

The restaurant’s modern dining room has abundant natural light, punctuated with colourful Italian-inspired furniture and artisanal tableware. The majestic Moroccan-inspired courtyard in the middle of the restaurant comes to life with live performances on a custom-made stage.

The mouth-watering menu

Villa Palma’s Mediterranean food selection is just as sensational as its interior. The extensive menu features famed regional favourites and modern classics. The ingredients are fresh, the seafood and grilled meats are magnificent, and the dessert selection provides the perfect end to a delightful meal.

Ease into the meal with starters such as tuna tartare, patatas bravas, beetroot and lentil salad, fritto misto, truffle ricotta, olive all’Ascolana (fried stuffed green olives with rosemary goat cheese), and focaccia di Romana Rosa.

Villa Palma Grilled Whole Lobster

For mains, stand-out creations include black truffle pizza, wagyu tenderloin, grilled whole lobster, salt-crusted seabass, veal Milanese, pasta Alla Norma (homemade bucatini with sauteed eggplant and fresh basil topped with burrata), and the mouth-watering paella de Marisco.

To finish, enjoy the decadent vanilla panna cotta, the basque cheesecake, or the flourless chocolate cake served with hazelnut gelato – perfect for those with a sweet tooth.
