7 lovely things to do in Jeddah this week: February 13 to 16

Our recommendations of what to do and where to go…

Wondering what’s on in Jeddah this week? From bingeing on rom-com to great food and entertainment, we’ve got you covered. You can also fire up the romance at Rosewood Jeddah staycation or sample the city’s fine dining with your other half.

Here are seven lovely things you can do in Jeddah this week.

Sunday February 13

1. Celebrate love with J. Lo and Owen Wilson

It’s been too long since Jennifer Lopez has starred in a rom-com, which is why we’re thankful for Marry Me. This love story follows pop star Kat Valdez (Lopez), who is publicly jilted by her partner (Maluma) right before they’re set to get married on a livestream. Refusing to be humiliated, she pulls a random stranger out of the audience (Owen Wilson) to marry instead. It may not entirely be love at first sight, but you can probably see where this is headed.

Romance/Comedy, Rating R18, 1h 52mins. Book your tickets here.

Monday February 14

2. Plan a romantic dinner date at Rasoi by Vineet

Celebrate love with your partner at Rasoi by Vineet and indulge in a romantic evening of Indian cuisine. The restaurant has curated a special set menu with dishes such as lentil soup, basil-flavoured chicken tikka, and lamb chunks with basmati rice, cranberry and caramelised onions. Then, end your dinner date on a sweet note with baked carrot halwa with rose kulfi.
