A yoga session followed by iftar? That’s something we can get on board with. Step into an hour-long breath work and energising yoga session, followed by 30 minutes of candle meditation, guided by Asta Barry. Post first session workout, it’s time to nourish and indulge in a healthy iftar dinner. Afterwards, reset the mind and body through a special yin yoga session, including meditation and an intimate talk on mindfulness with Nada Al Adel.

Yin Yang Flow & Iftar, Kore Khuzama Outdoor Space, Riyadh 14242, April 10, 4.30pm to 8.30pm. SAR250 per person. Book your space here. @koreksa

2. Catch the latest thriller, Shattered

In this thriller starring John Malkovich and Frank Grillo, a lonely tech millionaire Chris (Cameron Monaghan) encounters a charming, sexy Sky (Lilly Krug). Passion grows between them, and when he’s injured, she quickly steps in as his nurse. But Sky’s odd behaviour makes Chris suspect that she has more sinister intentions, especially when Sky’s roommate is found dead from mysterious causes.
