Fitness Time has been flexing its gym muscles for some time. This homegrown Saudi brand is one of the kingdom’s most popular gyms. There are gyms dotted across the country and city, which cater to both men and women and different needs, from Fitness Time Ladies (for women) to Fitness Time Pro (for aspiring athletes). The gym prides itself on its state-of-the-art facilities and swimming pools in all of its venues. Members must be at least 16 years old.

Located in Olympia Sports Arena, this is one of Jeddah’s most impressive gyms, as it has separate men’s and women’s areas. The gym prides itself on its personal trainers, which include male and female coaches, and you can read in depth profiles online. Each class has an innovate take on exercise, as they often mix techniques from different disciplines.
