There are gyms dotted across the country and city, which cater to both men and women and different needs, from Fitness Time Ladies (for women) to Fitness Time Pro (for aspiring athletes). The gym prides itself on its state-of-the-art facilities and swimming pools in all of its venues. Members must be at least 16 years old.

A gym from California to the world, now in Jeddah. Gold’s Gym has various branches scattered around Jeddah. Branches are gender-specific branches so be sure to check on their website which gym is suitable for you.
