Celebrated London-born restaurant Il Baretto was one of Riyadh’s hottest restaurant openings of 2021, and for a good reason. It was the first fine-dining restaurant to debut in the King Abdullah Financial District, a special economic zone with spaces dedicated to shopping, entertainment, and hospitality, in addition to a mixture of residential units and office towers.
There’s a real sense of occasion about dining here, but Il Baretto is introducing a two-course business lunch menu to keep it affordable for those in search of a power lunch deal.
Running only on weekdays (Sundays to Thursdays) from 12.30pm to 4pm, Il Baretto’s business lunch menu will change every week. You can choose two courses from a comprehensive range of starters, pasta, risottos, and mains for a friendly fixed price of SAR150.
For the introductory business lunch menu, you’ll start with the Josper grilled bruschetta or the aubergine salad. Then, decide on mains such as Rigatoni all’Arrabiata, spicy baby chicken and grilled salmon. Looking for a more premium option? Plates of risotto lobster and grilled rib-eye – available with an additional surcharge – are guaranteed to impress.
Il Baretto’s complete beverage menu and its current à la carte offerings will also be available to business lunch guests.
With its marble-topped bar and smartly laid tables primed for lunch meetings, Il Baretto is built for city slickers needing somewhere tasteful to get on with business over some simple yet authentic Italian food. The cooking is classy but not overly adventurous, the staff ooze professionalism, standards are top-notch, and you’ll be in and out within 45 minutes.
