When the new SPNBX location flung open its beautiful doors in Jeddah recently, we knew it’d be a hit. Offering a reasonable class package and membership prices, flexible class times, and a friendly vibe the minute you walk through the door, it’s not hard to see why.

The women-only boutique fitness studio makes up for its missing vowels with a sparky atmosphere and mesmeric social spaces that continually surprise and inspire. The pristine studio includes a cosy locker room with showers, a smoothie bar for a post-workout pick-me-up, and a dedicated retail space featuring athleisure outfits. Plus, the new space in Jeddah will soon be fitting out a room for yoga and Pilates classes.
With aesthetic decor, indoor cycling and boxing HIIT (high-intensity interval training) classes, and a feel-good mantra, it ticks all our boxes.
Pounding the pounds away
What’s on offer at SPNBX Jeddah at the moment? Like its name, be prepared to be put through your paces in two disciplines in separate rooms – spin (indoor cycling) and box. So, if you’re chasing a serious burn, you’ll no doubt find it here.
Immersive, high-energy and energetic, a 45-minute spin class at SPNBX is much more than your average indoor cycling session. You can expect to be greeted with thumping music, whoop and fist-pump your heart out as the instructor eggs you on to get you fired up about spinning, yourself and the universe at large.
If boxing is your preferred workout method, this boxing-inspired fitness class – with elements of HIIT toning, strengthening and conditioning – throws a lot at you. Need some additional motivation to keep you punching that training bag? You can always count on SPNBX’s killer playlist.
SPNBX first opened in Riyadh in 2018 as the first boutique fitness studio offering the two verticals of indoor cycling and boxing.
