Pulse Studio are hosting a special Box, Ride, and Flow event in support of breast cancer awareness. The 60-minute session will take place on Friday, October 28 at 11.30am at the boutique fitness studio. The session combines a mix of cycling, boxing, and cool down yoga flo, and costs SAR100 per person. Plus Joyn Bakery will provide yummy post-workout snacks.
