Meet our every-last-Friday-of-the-month ritual: a Spanish brunch buffet at Azure. The glorious Spanish restaurant at Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is back with its Fiesta Andalucía brunch.

Running from 12.30pm to 4pm on Friday October 28, make your way through a tempting array of Azure’s signature tapas that showcase Andalucían culture and cuisine, such as pulpo á Feira (slow-cooked octopus), patatas bravas, tortilla and tostas.
There will also be live cooking stations, including a live paella station for the freshest serving of the beloved Spanish dish.
Other menu highlights include grilled lamb leg, beef meatballs, and Azure’s Spanish Chef de Cuisine, Ramon Cantos’ signature croquettes. Seafood fans will also find Ecuadorian-style ceviche dishes as part of the brunch offerings.
And what is a meal without delicious desserts? Be sure to treat yourself to a helping of Spanish desserts like rice pudding, torrijas (Spanish-style French toast) and churros, which are original recipes handed down from Chef Ramon’s grandmother.
So, gather the gang and head to Azure for their Fiesta Andalucía brunch this Friday. Offering a truly Spanish atmosphere, complete with a colourful and tantalising fiesta of tapas and music that will have you swaying into the afternoon, this is one brunch that will transport you to the heart of Andalucía.
What’s more, its relaxed and welcoming atmosphere makes it an interesting option to visit with children. And we love that at Azure, we can nibble on authentic tapas and quaff sangria, while our kids tuck into a selection of kid-friendly dishes.
Since there isn’t any authentic Spanish restaurant in Riyadh for now, you can expect a full crowd – just be sure to make a reservation before strolling down.
